Delivery Method

All orders placed through the Platform are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or Speed Post only.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order and/or payment.
• If a specific delivery date was agreed upon during order confirmation, we will strive to meet it—subject to courier or postal service norms.
• The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

• All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
• Dispatch confirmation will be sent to the email ID registered on the Platform.

Shipping Charges

• Any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or Platform Owner (as applicable) are non-refundable.
